To send you real mail we need your address. This is everything we do with it.

Only your artist sees your address

Each subscriber's shipping address is shared only with the artist they're subscribed to, and only to get their monthly mailing to them. It's never sold, never handed over to advertisers, and never shared with any other person, company, or other artists on the platform.

What we keep

From subscribers: name, email, shipping address, and any notes you write for your artist.
From artists: name, city, email, a link to your work, price, description, and the photos you upload to your profile.
From applicants: what they write in the form and the images they attach, so we can review the application.

What we use it for

So mailings arrive, to notify you about things related to your subscription, and to review applications. Nothing else. We don't build advertising profiles or sell data to third parties.

Who can see it

Each artist only sees the list of their own subscribers. The Snail Mail Club team accesses data only to provide support or resolve an issue. Payments are processed by the artist's payment platform, which handles the banking details; we don't store card numbers.

Unsubscribing and deleting your data

You can cancel whenever you like and ask us to delete your address and your data. When you do, we stop sharing it with the artist immediately.
